Admission requirements
ITeach: certificates are designed for post-baccalaureate individuals, who are over the age of 19. However, admission is not prohibited to those who hold a bachelor’s degree; you may have significant work experience that equates to a degree. If you feel like you can capably complete a graduate level course, delivered in the English language, then you are welcome to register for any of our certificates. If you fail to complete the certificate due to its difficulty, remember that it was your decision to enrol. We will not take responsibility for the level of rigour and difficulty of our programs. They are of high standard and require high engagement. The certificates are designed to hold you to high expectations so that you are attaining a valuable certification as required by post-secondary institutions in the world.
Admission and completion procedure
Once you decide to register for a certificate, fill out the required registration form. All information must be completed with proof of identity (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and a verified image of yourself. You will be assigned a student number to make future registration easier. Payment in full completes the admission and registration procedure with you agreeing to complete the certificate within six months from enrolment. No extensions will be granted. After six months, if you have not completed the certificate, you will be removed from registration and required to register and pay in full to take the certificate again. To complete the certificate, you will successfully pass all assignments. The certificates are outcomes-based rather than credit hours based. Therefore, before moving on to the next unit of the certificate, you need to satisfactorily complete the assessments required that show you have achieved the learning outcomes for that unit. All fees for each certificate include all administration and admission fees. No further fees are required once registration is complete, unless you enrol in further certificates or offerings of ITeach:. For information regarding refunds, please see our Refund policy.
Upon completion of registering for a certificate, you will sign the following consent:
I consent to ITeach: Certification in Higher Ed Inc. to retaining my personal information on their servers strictly for data management of records of my certification achievements. This is in case I lose that information or if required by a third party, I will give permission for them to contact ITeach: to verify my attainment of certificate. I permit ITeach: to use my contact information for their own communication and marketing purposes with the knowledge that I can withdraw this permission at any time.
Refund policy
In the case that you need to withdraw from the certificate and do so within 24 hours of registering and completing payment for the certificate, you will receive a full refund. If you complete more than 50% of the certificate within 24 hours after registering and paying for the certificate, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy has been created by ITeach: Certification in Higher Ed Inc. to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices. You agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, when you: 1) access or use our website; 2) select and register for our resources, certificates, and offer(s) on this website; and/or 3) give your express consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, please do not use, or access this website.
It is your responsibility to read this Privacy Policy before using this site or submitting any personal information. By using our website and services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We respect the privacy of every individual who visits our website. We take great measures to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of any personal information on this site.
If you voluntarily submit your name and email address to receive one of our guides or other resources, we will collect this information for future communications. If you register for one of our certificates, you voluntarily provide us with further information, such as credit card information, so that we can provide you with the service you have decided to purchase. Our customer information is stored in our third-party Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system, and not directly on our servers. Your credit card information is not stored by us and is instead passed directly to our merchant processor.

Dispute resolution
This policy governs complaints from registrants in any of ITeach: Certification in Higher Ed Inc. certificates or offerings, and any aspect of its operations. All complaints must be made in writing to one of the Directors responsible for making determinations in respect of complaints. The Directors will take the complaint into consideration and respond to the registrant within 30 days. If the registrant is not satisfied with the decision, they may appeal the decision.
